During a given trip, you may snap hundreds of pictures, but how many of them will you truly treasure in the years to come?  Cameras may be ubiquitous, but that doesn’t mean that everyone knows how to take a good picture.  People like to believe that fancy, expensive cameras take better pictures than lower-end ones, but that’s just not true.  People create photos using cameras; cameras don’t take photos.  A good photographer can take a stunning picture with a pinhole camera, and someone with an untrained eye can take a stunningly boring photo with a camera that costs a thousand dollars or more.
